GEMBO PRECARE creates digital twins for any legacy or new factory floor machinery, turning these machines in Internet of Things (IoT) devices. In this video demonstration GEMBO showcases semiconductor backend OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) floor analytics, as well as Data Integration & analytics presentation based on SoftwareAG Cumulocity Platform.

The analytics derived are than exposed in a flexible way to serve different personas: Business Unit managers, Factory & Floor management, and Maintenance and Development personnel. The platform native exposes analytics in a flexible way from Overall factory dashboard, through per floor, per machine and machine intra analytics.
