Aggregation of data from more than one machines allows faster acquisition of big data for training and validation of machine learning models for machine learning and predictive maintenance, while aggregation of data from a single machine allows predictive maintenance model training and validation based on unique usage and usage patterns of a machine.
KPIs
Current and historical machine data allows for real-time compilation of important KPIs, such as OEE, availability, performance, quality, MTBF and MTBA at any level, from corporate-wide down to a single machine. Instant drill-downs to an event or set of events allows for immediate action to increase OEE.
Dashboards
Highly functional dashboards provide instant and uncluttered information of KPIs, statuses and alarms.
