GEMBO Precare KPIs provides real-time insight into important aspects of any input-output system, such as manufacturing equipment, HVAC system, power generator, etc. Therefore providing insight where corrective action needs to take place in order to maximize equipment availability for a positive impact on overall equipment effectiveness.
OEE, Availability, Performance, Quality
Historical and current machine data is used to compute up-to-date availability, performance and quality as well as OEE percentages.
MTBF and MTBA
Historical and current machine data is used to compute up-to-date MTBF (Mean-Time-Between-Failure) and MTBA (Mean-Time-Between-Assistance) information. Different categories of failure and different categories of assistance allow for fine granularity of MTBF (or MTBA), whereas aggregation across different failure (or assistance) categories allows for coarse granularity.
Drill-up and Drill-down
KPIs can be compiled for a single machine, an entire production line, an entire factory and an entire corporation with multiple factory sites. Such a drill-up provides factory personnel at any level, from operator up to executive management with KPIs at any level. Similarly, one can drill-down into a single machine and single event, starting at the corporate level KPIs to identify where corrective action is needed to boost OEE.
