In the demonstration, GEMBO partnered with SoftwareAG and PARTNERBO. SoftwareAG Cumulocity allow for flexible representation of the different analytics, integration with multitude of IT back end systems, such as MES, ERP and other, as well as provide frameworks for cloud scalability such as multi tenancy of different kinds.

PARTNERBO, a high quality boutique system integrators, specializing in data integration, cloud & big data, was in charge of the sensors installation and the implementation of the data collection.

In this demonstration GEMBO showcases SoftwaAG Cumulocity based Visualization of a semiconductor backend OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) : Quality, Performance & Availability, including multitude of other key performance indicators.

The analytics derived are than exposed in a flexible way to serve different personas: Business Unit managers, Factory & Floor management, and Maintenance and Development personnel. The platform native exposes analytics in a flexible way from Overall factory dashboard, through per floor, per machine and machine intra analytics.
