OEE, Availability, Performance, Quality

Historical and current machine data is used to compute up-to-date availability, performance and quality as well as OEE percentages.

KPIs can be compiled for a single machine, an entire production line, an entire factory and an entire corporation with multiple factory sites. Such a drill-up provides factory personnel at any level, from operator up to executive management with KPIs at any level. Similarly, one can drill-down into a single machine and single event, starting at the corporate level KPIs to identify where corrective action is needed to boost OEE.
