GEMBO tier 1 Customer has migrated to a subscription model provided by Precare SaaS, which allowed him to scale deployment rapidly at lower cost and align costs with the improvements the platform provided.

GEMBO tier 1 Customer has migrated to a subscription model provided by Precare SaaS, which allowed him to scale him deployment rapidly at lower cost and align costs with the gradual improvement the platform provided. The customer was previously using a perpetual model which did not allow to be used on existing machines, only new one.
PARTNERBO, GEMBO’s goto service arm, for ongoing smart manufacturing deployments, delivery and managed services, performed the service part of this engagement.

As a result of the transition the customer was able to further improve his productivity & availability with Precare, by using the subscription model. In a short time he quadrupled the deployment. GEMBO and PARTNERBO teamed up for a smooth process from PO generation through Delivery to Managed Services and Proactive / Predictive monitoring.
