Campbell, CA, December 16, 2019 – GEMBO, leading Industry 4.0 IIoT predictive analytics solution provider for infrastructure optimization, named by Forbes in the top 25 IoT startups to watch, announced today that its innovative and versatile GEMBO PRECARE IIoT platform solution for Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing is available on the Amazon® AWS®. 

The GEMBO PRECARE platform offers manufacturers the ability to significantly improve their financials. The platform easily connects to legacy and new factory floor machinery, accessing critical operational data in real-time, allowing capital and operational savings, as well as identification of revenue increase opportunities. GEMBO PRECARE combines powerful, best-in-manufacturing edge processing, analytics and predictive maintenance capabilities with versatile and user-friendly dashboards, which provides customers with an unmatched uniform representation across all their machinery. 

Manufacturers can sign up on the Amazon AWS for GEMBO PRECARE IIoT data processing in the AWS cloud. This processing includes scalable cloud processing with PRECARE Cloud, critical OEE, MTBF and MTBA KPIs with PRECARE KPIs, highly accurate predictive analytics with PRECARE Predictive Maintenance, setup, configuration, and monitoring with PRECARE Dashboards and comprehensive reports with PRECARE Reports. Where preferred, customers continue to have the option to install and run GEMBO PRECARE on their own, private cloud.

GEMBO enables data connectivity between factory floor and GEMBO PRECARE Cloud via GEMBO PRECARE Edge. The latter is responsible for converting any machine into digital twins or cyber physical systems, collect machine, operator and ambient data through sensors for edge and cloud processing. GEMBO PRECARE Edge agents add sensors where they are lacking or access to existing sensors is not possible, access sensor data from PLCs where accessible and access machine and manufacturing data from data stores. 

GEMBO PRECARE Edge runs on on-premise hardware. Customers sign up separately for GEMBO PRECARE Edge to install all hardware components and run the PRECARE Edge software.
